Service Description

Aerial is a hybrid of traditional hatha and aerial arts where you use a silk hammock (suspended from the ceiling) as a prop to support you through various poses and flows. Most people can tap into more challenging hatha poses with the support of the silk hammock! Please arrive 15 minutes before start of class to measure you up for your hammock. Please do not wear clothing with zippers or sharp items, and no jewelry of any kind- including smart watches. Please also be aware of lotions, scents, and makeup as they can stain the aerial silk.
