Service Description
A style of yoga that links breath and motion. Typically, a faster based practice that tends to build more heat in the body. Stitching multiple postures together to create a “flow”. As you “flow” through the asanas or postures, you are connecting with your breath, mind, and body. Consciousness in the form of movement. Bringing awareness to how we feel on our mat so we can take that same awareness off our mat and apply it to our day to day lives. Studio is on Mary's property, watch for a confirmation email with the address.
